A bouquet of baked apples, caramel, and cinnamon swirl out of the glass and into the air, the palate is a lovely round mouthfeel with lingering notes of toasty brioche, fresh apple and minerality resulting in a clean, crisp finish.
This French Oaked Chardonnay shows off it's elegance by producing "Wine Diamonds". Wine Diamonds are very tiny, crystaline deposits that occur in wines when potassium and tartaric acid, both naturally occurring products of grapes, bind together to form a crystal. Tartrates are scientifically known as potassium bitartrate, which is the same thing as cream of tartar used in cooking. They are completely harmless and natural and absolutely beautiful!
