Food Pairing Notes
Loves all food, especially Asian cuisine. A perfect accompaniment to fresh air.
John Schreiner says this: 40 Knots White Seas 2016 ($19.90 for 545 cases). There are six white varietals, including Pinot Gris, in this blend. The wine had a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the fruit basket of flavours (apple, pear, lime, lemon). The finish is crisp and refreshing. 90.

This is a really nice dry white wine - especially good due to the low sulphites! Thank you!

Loved it! Super smooth dry white with no after taste. My new favorite, hands down.
