This sparkling apple wine is made in the traditional English style. Old and new world apple varietals are grown on estate and on our sister orchard on Quadra Island. Vibrant, tiny bubbles will dance along your palate leaving lingering notes of crisp apple, clove, and wet stone.

Minimum intervention and extended aging in amphora result in outstanding aroma. Grapefruit and orange bitters leap out of the glass, followed by an intriguing dry and complex palate. Subtle tannin adds texture and complexity to this aromatic and food-friendly wine.
