Ingredients
- 1 oz Tofino Distillery Rose Hibiscus gin
- 1 oz Ginger and thyme infused honey syrup*
- 1/2 oz 40 Knots pickled grape brine
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Sons of Vancouver chili vodka
- 7g fresh thyme
- 1:1 honey to water by weight
- 60g ginger
Directions
Shake all ingredients over ice and double strain into a chilled coup. Drop-in two 40 Knots pickled
grapes and enjoy during the golden hour, dawn, or dusk.
