After a long absence, vocalist Jenn Forsland will return to the Georgia Straight Jazz Society stage for a performance at 40 Knots winery. This show will be a trip down memory lane, featuring well known favorites from the Great American Songbook. There will be something for everyone from the sweet to the sassy; from the melancholy to the sentimental. Expect some humour and storytelling to sew together the tunes.
Jenn Forsland, will be joined by Rachel Cooper (clarinet & saxophone), Rick Husband (guitar), Grahame Edwards (bass) and Beau Stocker (drums).
Advance tickets available online at Eventbrite ( click HERE ) as well as at the door for $25 ($20 for GSJS Members) and $10 for students. Doors open 6pm with downbeat at 7pm. Tickets are going fast!
The Phat Parrot food truck will be on site.
