Our Wine Aficionado Course is designed for anyone who wants to go beyond sipping and start truly understanding wine—its flavours, styles, pairings, and the art of service. Each class is hands-on, engaging, and full of opportunities to taste, explore, and discover the world of wine in a fun, approachable way.

Course Curriculum:

Sensory Class – Learn to see, swirl, sniff, and sip like a pro. Discover how to identify aromas, flavours, and the subtle characteristics that make each wine unique.

Class of Styles – Explore the spectrum of wine styles from crisp whites to bold reds, sparkling delights, and everything in between. Gain confidence in recognising and appreciating the nuances of each style.

Perfect Pairing – Unlock the secrets of pairing wine with food. From casual bites to gourmet creations, learn how to elevate every meal with the perfect sip.

Cellar & Service – Master the essentials of storing, serving, and presenting wine. Impress your guests or your future self with proper techniques and insider tips from our sommeliers.

Upon completion of all four classes, you’ll graduate to Alumni status! Alumni enjoy exclusive tastings led by our sommeliers, discovering wines from around the world and expanding your palate even further. Tastings are scheduled regularly, giving you an ongoing opportunity to continue your journey in style.

ID REQUIREMENT:

Please remember to bring two pieces of government-issued identification to your class. In accordance with provincial regulations, wine tastings are considered a form of wine education and promotion, and we are legally prohibited from allowing minors to participate.
