Colombian green beans, infused with Carambolage wine, were carefully dehydrated and then roasted to highlight the wine’s fruit and caramel notes, which beautifully complement the beans’ smooth, well-rounded character.
When a winery met a roastery – a coffee was crafted that was meant to be.
