[Wine Wednesday] Proudly Presents Ambre Song Trio

The Ambre Song Trio brings together three remarkable musicians whose combined talents create a rich, soulful, and unforgettable live experience.

Ambre hails from Parksville, Vancouver Island, and has been writing songs and poetry from a very young age. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy and a three-year diploma in Jazz Music Performance from Vancouver Island, with her album “Path of Soul” available on iTunes and Spotify. Ambre has performed solo and in ensembles, mixing traditional and modern jazz, Bossa Nova, R&B, and soulful jazz vocals. For this trio, she is accompanied by guitar, adding depth and warmth to her expressive piano and voice.

Aaron Cadwaladr, born on Salt Spring Island and raised near Cape Scott, Vancouver Island, has over 25 years of experience as a professional musician. His travels—from sailing across the Caribbean and Atlantic, to living in Wales and Berlin, to busking in Europe—have shaped his versatile musical style. Aaron has performed with the Juno-nominated band The Kerplunks and released his solo album Wade Through the Dark. He holds a Fine Arts degree and is a graduate of the Jazz Studies Program at Vancouver Island University. Aaron currently lives on Malcolm Island, BC, working as a touring musician and online guitar instructor.

Steve Wallace is a celebrated Canadian bassist, born in Toronto in 1956. Over his illustrious career, he has performed and recorded internationally with American legends such as Zoot Sims, Ray Bryant, Scott Hamilton, Rosemary Clooney, and Woody Herman, as well as Canadian giants including Fraser MacPherson, Rob McConnell, Oscar Peterson, Phil Nimmons, Ed Bickert, and Mike Murley. Steve moved to Courtenay, BC in 2021, where he lives with his long-time partner, Anna. His deep, rich bass lines provide the perfect foundation for the trio’s dynamic and soulful sound.

Together, the Ambre Song Trio blends heartfelt vocals, expressive guitar, and masterful bass to create a live performance that is intimate, polished, and deeply engaging—perfect for any setting from wineries to private events.

Enjoy mouthwatering local eats curated and prepared by local Chefs with each Wednesday featuring mouth-watering cuisines paired perfectly with the music and wine. Dessert selection by OMG.  Put in your order early at the bar.  We deliver to your table so you don't miss a beat.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD WILL BE PERMITTED.  In respect to our Chefs, Public Health Policy and the safety of others with allergies, we can no longer allow outside food during Wine Wednesdays.

THE SEAT: 

THIS TICKET IS FOR GENERAL SEATING IN THE VINEYARD TERRACE, THE BALCONY, OR COURTYARD:
Vineyard terrace is where the band will be, and the dance floor!  This are is covered, cozy in the winter, cool in the summer.
Balcony and courtyard are outside, some tables have umbrellas, please dress for the weather. Please note, this is not where the band is playing, and YES, you can definitely hear them from the courtyard and from the balcony.
