And they are welcome to join us every Wednesday at 5 pm for complimentary Club Exclusive Wine tastings with the winemaker. No reservations required.

I confirm I am of legal age to purchase alcohol. I understand my shipments will be charged to my credit card. If I wish to cancel I will notify 40 Knots via email to club@40knotswinery.com before shipments, and understand that unsubscribing to the Club Newsletter does not constitute cancellation of my Club Membership. I will notify 40 Knots of any address changes before selections are shipped. I understand and agree to accept emails about my Membership. I understand that 40 Knots will replace any wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. The unfinished portion must be returned in the original bottle for replacement. By law, 40 Knots cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is found to be flawed. 40 Knots is unable to return wine that was ordered in error. Once the wine is returned, we will refund the same card as which the charge was made, less shipping and handling. 40 Knots may choose to exchange unopened wines if we are assured of the condition of storage while in your possession. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Any deliveries refused by you will have a 15% restocking fee as well as delivery fees taken off the final refund. I understand that if I cancel my membership, and my account is inactive for 18 months, I forfeit my Knotty Loyalty Points.
