Ingredients
- 1 oz Wayward Unruly Gin
- 1/2 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup*
- 1 oz 40 Knots Spindrift Brut
Directions
Glass: Champagne Flute
Method:
Combine Unruly Gin, lemon and honey syrup in shaker with lots of ice.
Shake until chilled. Double strain into flute.
Top with Spindrift Extra Brut.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
*Honey Syrup: equal parts honey and water, heated to dissolve and chilled.
