Food Pairing Notes
Pair with lighter fair like fresh seafood or poultry
John Schreiner says this: 40 Knots Rosé 2016 ($22.90 for 567 cases). This wine has an appealing pink hue, leading to aromas and flavours of cherry and cranberry. The wine is lively and refreshing on the palate and crisply dry on the finish. 90.

This was a vibrant rose in colour aroma and taste Glowing a pinkish orange, tasting of red berries and roses, it paired beautifully with seafood. It had a lovely mouthfeel and aftertaste that lingered happily after the meal was done. http://thewinetourist.wordpress.com

This is our favourite patio wine, pairs perfectly with a picnic lunch in the sunshine! Or with a chocolate dessert for date night! Fruity strawberry at first sip, but much deeper and more complex than most roses.

The perfect wine for a sunny afternoon on the patio but really I love it all year long

We really enjoyed the interpretive walk and all the wines we tasted. The rose was our favourite so we purchased a bottle. The young lady the poured for our tasting was excellent and very informative.

By far my favourite rose. A light and tangy flavour, not what I expected from a rose. It is the perfect summer wine.

I'm not usually a Rose drinker but this had me converted! It's slight dryness and berry flavours make it so refreshing. We sipped it with a turkey dinner, pan fried breaded oysters and chocolate dessert.

I would never drink a rose . My bad choice younger years we would buy Matous and wake up with the worsed headache. This rose is dry and not sweet. It has hints of berry with a pepper finish . I love it so much and don't have a headache the next day. It's a new staple in my home.
