Designed as an all-encompassing white wine to showcase the delicate, refreshing, yet complex wine style only found on Vancouver Island. Clean fruit, hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. Slow and cool fermentation in stainless steel to retain aromatics.
Inspired by the work of LGBTQ, and our society's rising shown as a pink sun rising, we created pink bubbles to celebrate.

Aged on lees for three years. Riddled and disgorged, dosage with our own Syrah to bring out a bright berry flavor with soft tiny bubbles.
2015 provided one of the hottest vintages on record in BC. Viognier loves sun drenched days to ripen it’s thick skins and provide lush notes of apricots, citrus and an intense florality. Fermented in our salt air at 40 Knots Estate.
